EMERGENCY! I NEED HELP REGARDING BLEACH! >_<

I've been wanting to watch bleach since 2 years yang lalu but there r also bleach movies....
My problem is, IDK when is the right time to watch the movies??
(I know that my question's pretty is not clarified very well so I'll just post an example answer)

Ex:
You'll have to watch Episode 1 up to episode24 then stop. Watch bleach movie 1. then continue watching episode 25 up to episode 58 then stop.. Watch bleach movie 2. then continue watching episode 59 up to episode 84 then stop. Watch bleach movie 3...............

If anda already know the character atau when anda already get used to their faces then anda could watch the movie... and if anda want to see the series then start from one and never stop so anda can be able to go with the flow.. BTW, episode 281 is already out now...
