It's hard to say, because the ways they fight are so different. It's alchemy/science vs. magic/supernatural. Apples and oranges. And they're both awesome. I honestly don't know which villains would win. xD

(I do think Pride would win against whats-his-name, though. His shadow thing is just too dang powerful and creepy... *shudders*)
