No BET? But why???

ok sometimes i read buku about blck ppl(these are fiction ok) well uhh sometimes when the parents leave the house and the kidds are left at halaman awal the parents will say no BET... ok the are blck BET is for blck ppl riggghhhttt so why no BET???
