Someone online berkata that J.K berkata that Bellatrix was infertile but is this really true?

I've never heard that. But even if it was true, what's so bad about that? No one is evil for no reason. I may have to deal with the knowledge i can never have a kid soon enough, and just the thought of it kills me. I would understand and cinta and identify with Bellatrix even lebih so if I found out she couldn't have a baby. I would know where the hostility is coming from...from her immense pain of knowing she'll never be a mother.
