I never understood their relationship. I mean Mai didn't care about anything. And Zuko cared about everything. Everything he did, he did with passion. While Mai just slumps through life. She didn't help him on his journey at all and didn't even seem to care about his journey or even really have an opinion about it one way or the other. I mean I remember a particular episode where she comes up to him, asks if he's cold and he starts talking about his fears. All she says is that she didn't ask for his life story, tells him to stop worrying and walks away. WTH?! Again, I just didn't get their relationship at all. :P

I think they are perfect for each other they complet eachother in way and she loved him more then fearing azula..yeah that says something right there. zuko is the only one to make mai smile and they just...fit

I don't feel a good vibe around their relationship... 0-o
I just think that Mai is too "carefree" for Zuko to ever take seriously x3

I like Mei by herself, and Zuko by himself. I do not like them together, at all.

Sure, there was the episode where they showed a flashback and you could tell Mai had a crush on Zuko, but Zuko didn't really seem interested at all! And then all of the sudden they kiss!? WHAT!?
And she's just... Not a good match for him. He's kinda broody and serious, so he needs someone that cheers him up. Someone that's not an emo, unfeeling, boring bla.
And during the beach episode I was trying to give the couple a chance, but she was just so... bla. He tried to be nice and give her a shell and she says only stupid girls would like that!? WHAT!? UGH.
UGH. It just bugs me. =_=

Zuko is already pretty serious; he needs someone to cheer him up and care for him. Not bring him down more. Mai can't do that. She can't even tell him that she likes him she only says she 'doesn't hate him'!

Eh...I didn't mind it at first but by the end of the show, I ended up not being able to stand it.

I agree with everyone who picked: No, she's not good for him at all.
Mai well she seems dreary and well I just don't like her.
She doesn't really seem that all great.
Sure at first I thought ok so Zuko has a girlfriend whatever.
By the end something just went off and I flipped out. Lashing out at everyone in my house I ranted on about how much I didnt like Mai.
