Avatar: The Last Airbender is an extremely beloved animated series, that has three seasons. Due to usually disliking populer things and having an odd enjoyment for hated things, I kept avoiding this show. I thought I wouldn't enjoy it, but I'm glad I was wrong.

I was planning on ranking the three seasons, but I decided it would make the most sense to go in order. If anda haven't seen each season, anda might want to avoid membaca this article, because there will be spoilers.

The Last Airbender is a 2010 action film that was based on a beloved tampil of the same name. The film got really bad reviews, but I actually really liked the film.

I only saw clips of the animated tampil before watching the live action film so I'm judging this film oleh itself instead of comparing it to the show. I still haven't watched any full episodes, but I did enough research to understand the plot and characters.

The film focuses on Aang who's the avatar. He's discovered oleh a duo of siblings, Katara and Sokka, who become his friends. It's up to them to save the world from the evil api Nation....

This is an AU fic for quite a few obvious reasons.

Azula’s fingers hovered over the stinging mark spreading up from her wrist to her elbow. She gently ran her finger over the tender red skin outlining it.

After a long while of staring at the ceiling, the cold metal shackles biting her hands all the while, and enduring Ling-Ling’s attempts to make conversation, she had found herself in something of a sleep.

Her dream wasn’t unpleasant.

The dream was a bit of a blur; she was a little girl again. Ling-Ling and Heekul were both real people, her mother loving. Zuko had joined them in whatever game they were playing.

Azula, upon waking could most vividly remember the faces and the smells—freshly cut rumput and her mother’s floral perfume lingered on the fringes of her...

Tang-Shin was leading her down a hall that was just as bleak as every other. She wondered how the man navigated the place—everything looked the same to her; white atau yellowing-white, lined with tightly sealed doors, and a floor that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in millenniums. She chose to ignore the alarming red splotch near one of the doors.

Was that what she had been sleeping on?

3. Season 1

I still absolutely adore this season, even though it's on last place. The reason why it's at the bottom is because of a couple of reasons. For one, Azula isn't in this season until the very end. Everything Azula had ever stood for seemed to have been taken from her. Her nation lost the war. Her father the crown. Like that mattered to her anymore anyways, the man was quick to leave her behind when he thought he’d get a bigger crown.

He promised they‘d do it together. It was a lie. Now she had no parents…not ones that loved her anyhow. In fact she had no one at all that loved her. Even her uncle, a man that seemed to see the best in everyone, viewed her as a lost cause.

The world seemed to have no room for her anymore....

The room was quiet. Not a sound could be heard. Only the darkness was there to wish a 12-year-old Azula a happy birthday.
