Naressa:
"Hey all. As some of anda know and thank anda for being so kind to reach out to me and speaking to me, though I work in the medical field now I am a culinary school graduate and worked for over a decade in the culinary arts field. Have always been very interested in the foods of Avatar, though they are rarely mentioned. As such, based on seeing them and the brief mention some food are given, thought I would open up a discussion about the food and recipes from ATLA and LoK. Want to share my recipes. All of the recipes I'll share have been tested oleh me yes? Please enjoy.

3 tbs crushed red pepper flakes
Over medium-low heat, cook the honey to a gentle boil. Remove from the heat. Add the jagung flakes and stir gently to thoroughly mantel the flakes. Spread out on a lightly greased sheet pan and allow to cool. Once cooled, gently break up the flakes until they are no longer clumped together. Place in a large bowl, add the red pepper flakes, and toss lightly. Enjoy whilst watching ATLA.
Many lebih recipes to follow if this discussion garners interest. I've got Unfried Dough, Dumplings, stir-fried My Cabbages!, steamed duck, and many many more.

Unfortunately I don't have any recipes for any Air Nomad food, as I've not seen any aside from Gyatso's cakes. I will certainly experiment though and see if I can devise something that would be acceptable.
