If anda don't care about spoilers, then here's the answer.
1. In book 14 Tobias regains his morphing ability, but his true form is still hawk. He is never fully human again.
2.The war ends, and the animorphs win! :D
3.Yes. Rachel sadly dies in the last book. (#54) 4.She was on a yeerk ship where she killed Jake's brother Tom. The yeerks had gained the blue box, and now are able to morph. Because of that Rachel dies fighting them against impossible odds. Her vs like 10 morph capable yeerks?!
Thats how it ends.

now to answer your questions...tobias is pretty okay about all of that. but tayler does come back after him in 43 the test. (buy it, i cinta t alot.) it has alot of stuff about how tobias feels about his tourter.

they do beat the yeerks. but at a cost. Rachel dies, because jake told her to kill tom. the yeerks have the morphing powers now, thanks to cassie and tom has morphed a rattle snake and bites rachel who is a grizzly beruang at the time. another morph capibale yeerk, who is in a polar beruang morph, kills rachel after she demorphs to get rid of the snake venom. the rest of the team is watching this on some holographic tv . tobias doesnt freak out, but he goes into depression and refuses to talk to any of the animorphs again.

tobias survives, no in teh end book everyone exept cassie steals a yeerk ship in orbit and uses it to ram a blade ship taht captured ax, sadly rachel dies, rachel dies oleh a polar beruang on the blade ship. ive read all of the buku :3
