I agree, although I'm not sure Zeref is he looks pretty strong.

x-Yumi-x3, Zeref was able to defeat Hades and 2 members of the 7 kin with one spell. add to that, He created a demon (E.N.D) that even Igneel wasn't able to defeat. So of course he's strong and I think he's Stronger than Madara.

x-Yumi-x3, Zeref is from the anime Fairy Tail. But I agree Madara is strong as well, mainly since he can create two meteors to crush the enemy.
