Absolutely Not!! IDK from where anda get this idea but both are very very different.
Demon slayer is the anime that revolves around demon hunters & they use breathing techniques in their fighting stances to kill demons.
The factors that made this anime very famous are the animasi which is on a selanjutnya level & the tragic story telling behind all the villains. Though, I personally felt the plot could have been better but anyways it is a watching worthy anime so I suggest that if anda have not watched it yet then please do. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
