Well, it wasn't in the end of the anime, but in the end of the komik jepang Haruhi marries Tamaki and they have a child. (OHSHC)

Well it isnt labeled a reverse harem nor is it actually announced who she choose (cause its based off a game) but in the end she is told to choose of one them as she returns to the real world (Amnesia)

This happens only in the komik jepang version of Fruits Basket but at the end Tohru and Kyo got married to each other and they have a child together too
