I guess as far as catchy the Shugo Chara! songs are addicting and anda don't even know why, I guess because they are so upbeat. They are cute songs.

Also Code Geass songs are pretty awesome but they don't really make me want to get up and dance.

But I'll go with Shugo Chara!'s opening 5 song "Omakase Guardian" It is def an upbeat song that makes anda want to dance. May not be my favorit song but it is my favorit upbeat song!
