Oreimo is the closest to such a anime since Kirino may atau may not be one of the lebih famous tsundere around. (Keep in mind that even if a boy there is the main character its lebih focused around her.)

Hentai ouji to waranai neko ( In english "The hentai prince and the stray cat" ) also features a tsundere character named Azuki Azusa, altough she doesnt get as much attention as Kirino get (Also a guy here is the main protag. )

Well, The Familiar of Zero has Miss Louise Françoise Le blanc de La Vallière who is debatable one of anime's most (in?)famous tsunderes.
