There's a girl who not many people like her. In fact, they're scared of her. There's a boy. Everyone adores him. But secretly, they cinta each other but don't know how to say it.

Extremely sweet and adorable. I recommend the komik jepang as well. (Personally liked the komik jepang lebih than the anime... and the komik jepang is still ongoing.)

Kokoro Connect, has a lot of romance between five main charactors. The plot is amazing and the story is is going great so far.

Fruits Basket is about young orphan Tohru Honda who lives in a tent after her mother recently died in a car crash. One morning, she stumbles across the Sohma household, and meets Shigure Sohma and that mysterious boy, Yuki, who goes to her school. The Sohmas offer a place for Tohru to stay, and then along comes Kyo Sohma, a seemingly brash, hot-tempered boy, who constantly gets into fights with Yuki. And then oleh accident, Tohru discovers that the Sohmas are cursed-- whenever they're hugged oleh someone of the opposite gender, they turn into a zodiac animal! Tohru promises to keep this a secret, and since, has lived with the Sohmas, forming strong bonds with each of them.

Bulma and Vegeta, from Dragon Ball Z. at first, he tries 2 kill her, then they fall in cinta (more like have a kid), then 7 years later, hes settled down, only to turn evil, nearly kill her, then kill HIMSELF for her and their son. then he comes back. YEAH!

Hiyokoi sounds like an anime anda would like. But, I suggest the manga. It's about a very short girl, Hiyori, and an extremely tall guy, Yuushin. Hiyori was hospitalized for a tahun due to a car accident. She now starts school as a freshman. But, she is extremely shy. Over time, anda can see Hiyori becoming a stronger person.

Clannad fits your keterangan pefectly. The couple like that is Nagisa and Tomoya. Here's a pic of the couple.

Special A. is a good cinta story :) Hikari's not very weak but she's everything else! I would recommend watching and membaca the series both are good. And Kei is everything anda berkata anda wanted in a guy in ur keterangan :3

I would suggest 'Bokura Ga Ita' (We were there) It's a really good anime and manga! atau ToraDora is a really good anime! But both are really cute anime! ^_^
