Do anda ever get sad when someone says things anda consider bad things about a character that is one of your favorites?

I know that this is a strange question, but I was just a little curious. It doesn't matter if this character is well-liked atau even hated oleh most of the show's fan except for you. If anda would like to, anda can give examples of a character. My example is Takano Miyo from Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni. I know she is the antagonist of the series and all but when people call her evil atau that she deserves to die, just gets me sad because without Takano, Higurashi looses its mastermind. I know it is other people's opinions and I might be a little over obsessed with anime but I still get sad since Takano was my favorit character in higurashi. ^^;
The point of this pertanyaan is to see if there are people else like me who are maybe a little sensitive when it comes to things like this. Please be honest and I won't say anything rude about anyone's response at all. Just have fun. :)

My favorit character is Kikyo and yes I know that there will be haters but I didn't expect them to hate her so much. And also the time this tahun when someone kept criticizing hetalia so much that in every answer he/she spammed all hetalia answers. I think that some people know this person of which I speak of and know too. It really hurts actually when anda see your favorit character get beaten up and no matter what say anda have in it, it doesn't seem to change the situation their in. That is true too. oleh the way Kikyo was one of my favorit characters in inuyasha too. Thank anda for voicing your opinion. :)

As far as characters go if they insult a character i like, i do get sad but i wont say anything if they give a good reason. if they give a horrible reason atau none then i will get angry usually. But again, lebih often people insult couples i like as opposed to characters (in that case it does make me really sad (and annoyed) especially when people call them "wrong" atau "disgusting" for no good reason really...).

but honestly people are gonna continue insulting things we like no matter what because everyone has different opinions cause heck thats life and humans for anda so all i can ask for is that they at least give some good reasons and a good argument instead of just "omg this character is stupid" atau "omg this couple is sooo wrong" cause that is what gets extremely annoying.

Yes I do feel a little peeved about that stuff... But what really irritates me is when people start saying an anime is horrible atau childish without even watching it. My bro says Yu Yu Hakusho is not worth it and sucks, but I like the tampil and it ticks me off because he hasn't even seen the damn tampil and he's judging it! Same for that guy(dragonzord) who kept hating on hetalia for no other reason then 'he didn't like it'...
