ah... ouran highschool host club atau junjou romantica are both romantic comedies that i love.

I would recommend anda "Zero no tsukaima" "Kodocha" and "Gakuen alice"

I suggest Ouran High School Host Club & Fruits Basket.

Fushigi Yugi is a good romance/comedy IF anda can find it.
Heres a couple of movies, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time an Howls Moving kastil, castle are really good. :)

these are all great anime's: kaichou wa maid sama, hakuouki (my ultimate favorite, the best anime ever. warning: very sad) hanasakeru seishounen, meine liebe/ meine liebe wieder, black butler, sugar sugar ruin, fushigi yuugi, arcana famiglia, the wallflower, ouran high school host club, right now there is hanayaka nari waga icizoku, detective conan, and brothers conflict which are on going series. u wont regret watching any of these anime's.(sorry, can't really pick between hakuouki and hanasakeru seishounen)
