Although Winx Club isn't really an anime, it seems like you're mostly looking for anime in the "Magical Girl" genre. Things like Cardcaptor Sakura and Shugo Chara. Here's a daftar of anime that falls into that category. My friend told me Shugo Chara is really good, so I suggest trying that first if anda haven't already.

I personally have not watched Lucky bintang yet, though I plan to, but that falls under Shoujo anime, which is a very vast category and I can't come up with any specific reccomendations.

I don't know very many like that but #i would recommend The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzimiya and FullMetal Alchemmist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. They're amazing :D and funny ^^ !!! And how bout actually watchin all of Sailor Moon nd Tokyo Mew Mew orlagh -.-

What you're looking for is magical girl anime. ^^ I'm not much a fan of that genre, but there is one that I can think of that I really loved! It's called Kamichama Karin, which means "Mini-Goddess Karin."

This is the summary: Karin Hanazono is an orphan, living with her relatives. Her life has never been easy, her studies are not well, she is not the best in sports and technically she is miserable. Left with only a ring as a memento from her departed mother, she suddenly finds her life changed, as she was mourning her pet cat, Shii-chan. On that night she met a strange boy, Kazune Kujyou. After that event, she experiences several mysterious incidences that soon led her to find out that she is a little goddess. Finding others like her she soon sets out to understand herself better as her mysterious powers grow and she becomes beset oleh opponents.

The anime might confuse anda if anda haven't read the manga, as it alludes to events that happened in the detik series, Kamichama Karin Chu, but they never animated the detik series. So if anda do watch it, ignore the plant things, ignore the kid, ignore the time travel device, they have no relevance to the plot. XD

Oh, this anime hasn't been dubbed in English and it probably won't ever be! But the voice akting in the Japanese was really good, so I wouldn't want it dubbed anyway. :P

well u sure kinda like magical and transformation animes so from my side the one tht reallyt suitssssss u is "shugo chara" really awesome!!!!!!!
ohhh..but a really good anime callled "Kaichou wa maid-sama" its not magical but ull cinta it and "skip beat" awesome!!

shuffle! is a very good one, there is an malaikat princess and a demon princess and they are both very magical so i guess anda could say Shuffle! is right for you.
