I heard from my club "sekai ichi hatsukoi" that "certain new laws in japan" will prevent sekai ichi from having a detik season! is this true?! what are the laws on anime,manga,and yoai? and what does it mean?? D:

There is a law that passed last tahun that berkata that it would be illegal to buy, sell, atau own "bad" komik jepang after 2011. Like with violence and sex and other innapropriate content. I think that yaoi fell under the category of innapropriate as well. But I'm not entirely sure what became of that plan.

Try mangafox atau mangareader for tha mang but as for the anime that can't be helped.... I know how anda feel, they cancelled Panty and kaus, kaus kaki with garterbelt season 2 for the same reason....asses
