I think anda might have your IM off so go to your profile, and under look for a option that says "Turn IM On" cause anda might have it off. IDK if anda do but if it is off, just turn it on and anda can chat. (Again, go to your profil and it should be under the information that is on profile. anda get my point.)

Should be at the very bottom on your scren when your on Fanpop. Are anda sure your IM is turned on?
