Being Snape's confident shows us really how great a man Dumbledore is. He trusted Snape, when no one else did.

I think it's dumbledore's relationship with aberforth and ariana. No matter how powerful, wise, and clever and helpful and feared someone is, he must first be something to his family, which, alas, is exactly dumbledore's past mistake that he never got a chance to correct. I think that if he could become such a great wizard for the wizarding world later on who helped so many others, he could first be a loveable man to his own blood and flesh, which is his family. If he can help so many others, how can he not first be a loving brother to his own sister and brother, who, after all, share his own blood and flesh? I'f I have to choose, I prefer that he becomes no one in the wizarding world but a loving brother to his own family first of all
